Fusion bonded epoxy
Fusion bonded epoxy, usually called FBE, is an epoxy based powder coating used to protect in-ground reinforcing steel, ground anchors, pipe connections and valves from corrosion.
FBE is a thermoset polymer. At application temperatures of 200 to 250 °C the powder melts into a liquid that wets and flows over the steel, then quickly becomes a solid coating.

Thermoplastic and zinc primers
For heavy industrial machinery components and earth anchor components, we apply thermoplastic coatings that build a thick, tough barrier against wear and corrosion.
Zinc primers can go on first for extra corrosion protection where the steel will face wet, salty or chemical conditions.
